The second live-work loft condominium joint venture between Triangle and its San Francisco based partner followed the highly successful format developed at The Lofts At 601 Fourth Street. With only 44 units in this brick and timber warehouse, the units were larger than those on Fourth Street & Brannan. In addition to environmental issues that required on-going maintenance, the warehouse on Bryant Street did not have parking. We solved this problem with a perpetual parking easement in an adjacent building.
